OUR POLICIES

  • We understand that circumstances can change. If for any reason you need to cancel your enrollment, here is our refund policy:

    Cancellation requests received seven [7] days before the class start date will be eligible for a full refund.

    Cancellation requests received between one [1] and [6] days before the class start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.

    No refunds will be provided for cancellations when class starts.

    All refunds will be charged a 6% processing fee.

    You may extend your registration for up to 3 months for any reason before classes start. Once class begins, there are no refunds.

    Please note that all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@signlanguagecenter.com. Refunds will be processed within five [5] business days of receiving your request.

  • If you withdraw from classes for any reason within the first week of the semester we will credit your tuition, valid for up to 90 days. This applies to both in-person classes and Zoom classes.

    When you are ready to enroll in class again, send us an email with which date/time/level you'd like to join! Just make sure to email us well before the semester starts to ensure you get the spot you want.

  • Gift cards expire after 6 months. You can purchase a gift card right on our site.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify the instructor or email contact@signlanguagecenter.com within 24 hours before your session, otherwise you will be billed. The tutoring rates are non-refundable and valid for six months.

    1 session - 30 Days // 6 sessions - 90 Days // 12 sessions - 120 Days
